Welcome to the Philadelphia IASHP? Chapter
The Philadelphia IAHSP™ was launched in March of 2005 and is serving the eastern portion of Pennsylvania. The chapter was founded to provide a professional business association for Home Staging Professionals.
We are dedicated to promoting the ASP™ and ASPM™ designation by educating Real Estate Agents, homeowners and the community about the advantages and benefits of Staging. Our goal is to support each other and to provide a network that will foster growth, unity, and friendship among the Staging community. Through our efforts we hope to promote the professionalism, good will and camaraderie among Stagers and the business community.
The World Wide Staging Event on Sept. 17, 2005 was such an amazing day for all of us. We Staged the Day facility for Interfaith Housing Alliance. Interfaith Housing Alliance is a non-profit, inter-faith organization made up totally of caring volunteers and a small staff all dedicated to helping the area`s homeless get back on their feet. They rely on contributions of time and money from local churches, synagogues, service organizations, businesses, and caring individuals like you. To join The Philadelphia Staged Homes IAHSP Regional Chapter (PAIRC), members must be licensed business owners in the Philadelphia or outlying region, and be providing Home Staging Services or Interior Re-design services. Members must be ASP, or ASPM Staging Designers or ASP Real Estate Agents. Members must join the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP) ($150.00 annually). All members are subject to our Ethics guidelines and policies for participation. |
